Institutional-grade discipline, built for a retail account.
Daisy Quant Labs exists to make disciplined, benchmark-accountable portfolio management accessible outside of institutions. Instead of betting on a single strategy, we run four sleeves — growth, dividend income, YieldMax and high-yield ETFs, and covered calls — side by side, so no single market regime can sink the whole book. When growth stalls, income holds. When volatility spikes, the options overlay pays. That diversification of process, not just of tickers, is the actual edge.
I empower organizations to achieve their strategic goals as a Program Management expert, with experience spanning IT operations, information security, wireless, and supply chain leadership. I built Daisy Quant Labs to bring that same data-driven, structured discipline to portfolio management — closing the gap between institutional-grade practices and what retail investors actually have access to. Every strategy decision and benchmark comparison is explained openly, and the reasoning behind it is shared with members as educational content — no black box, and no signals to blindly follow.
Most recently (Oct 2025 – May 2026), I led PMO governance for a WiFi product organization at a national telecom operator — covering provisioning, platform readiness, customer eligibility, operational controls, misuse prevention, and post-launch monitoring, while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, product, and operations. I built the standardized governance frameworks the program ran on (executive reporting, RAID, dependency tracking, phase-gate readiness) and layered in AI-augmented workflows for meeting documentation, risk analysis, and Jira/JQL reporting across distributed teams.
Before that, I spent just over two years as a Program Manager at a satellite communications company, leading strategic planning and cross-functional delivery. Earlier roles in operations, supply chain, and logistics — project coordination, inventory management, and international shipping compliance — gave me a ground-level feel for how execution actually breaks down, which is the same instinct I bring to position sizing and risk control here.
